Motor system chargers

Bikes built on a motor system charge with that system's own charger. Find your system below to see its charger and the bikes that use it.

Bosch

Bosch-powered bikes charge with a Bosch charger only. Bosch makes separate chargers for the Smart System (2022 and later) and for older Gen 2–4 bikes (Active, Performance and CX), and the two do not swap. Generic e-bike chargers don't fit the Bosch charging port.

Which Bosch charger do I need?

Shimano

Shimano STEPS bikes use a Shimano charger such as the EC-E6002 or EC-E8004. Some batteries also need a Shimano SM-BTE60 or SM-BTE80 adapter. Generic chargers don't fit Shimano batteries.
